MBExC: Analysis of cochleae imaged with light sheet microscopy
OverviewCochleae of rodents are imaged with light sheet microscopy and subsequently analyzed using deep learning methods for image segmentation. The segmented data is evaluated with respect to the number and location of synapses, inner hair cells (IHC) and spiral ganglion neurons (SGN).
